Monica is the founder of Restructuring Your World (RYW). She holds a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and is an Associate therapist at a private practice in San Diego, California, where she continues to hone her craft.

Though she enjoys therapy, she resonates more as a coach with a dynamic therapeutic lens, hence the birth of RYW.​​ While therapy dives into healing past emotional wounds and overcoming mental health challenges, her approach combines that foundational work with an exciting focus on the future and specific outcomes.​​ Her approach combines practical tools, deep emotional insight, and personalized strategies to ensure that each woman is set up for success​​​​​​​​.
